Broccoli Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (9-inch) unbaked pastry shell
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and drained
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. margarine or butter
    1 c. light cream or milk
    3 eggs
    1 Tbsp. chicken flavor instant bouillon
    1/8 tsp. ground nutmeg
    1 1/2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 sliced hard-cooked egg
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
    Bake pastry shell 8 minutes.
    Remove from oven.
    Reduce oven to 350\u00b0.
    Cook onion in margarine until tender. Beat together cream, eggs, bouillon and nutmeg. Toss cheese and flour.
    Add to egg mixture along with remaining ingredients, except hard-cooked egg.
    Turn in prepared shell. Bake 30 minutes or until set.
    Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
    Garnish with hard-cooked egg and parsley (optional). Makes 6 servings.
