Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. zucchini
1 c. canned tomatoes, drained
1 small onion
1/4 c. sharp Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Slice onion and zucchini thin. Saute both in 1 tablespoon oil for 5 to 10 minutes. Add tomatoes and simmer 15 minutes.
Pour into casserole dish. Sprinkle with ground pepper and cheese. Bake at 350\u00b0 until cheese has melted.
