Smoked Turkey Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped broccoli, cooked and well drained (do not add salt while cooking)
    4 c. smoked turkey, diced (approximately 1 lb.)
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. curry powder (optional)
    1/2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
    1/2 c. herb bread stuffing mix
    4 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Cook and drain broccoli well; arranged in a well-greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Top with smoked turkey.
    Mix mayonnaise, lemon juice, soup and curry powder; pour over top.
    Sprinkle with cheese and herb stuffing; drizzle butter over all.
    Bake for 25 minutes.
    Serves 8 to 10.
