Christmas Bark - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 lb. white summer coating wafers
1/3 c. crushed red and green peppermint pieces
additional mini-pieces for extra color

Preparation

Melt coating; stir 1/3 cup peppermint pieces into it.
Pour onto wax paper and spread 1/4 to 1/8-inch thin.
Sprinkle additional peppermint pieces on top before coating sets.
Cool and break into pieces.
