Egg Dish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 pt. small curd cottage cheese
    1/2 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
    1/2 lb. mild Cheddar cheese, shredded
    1/2 c. butter, melted
    8 oz. green chilies
    1/2 lb. mushrooms, sliced
Preparation
    Blend first 8 ingredients; add chilies and mushrooms.
    Bake 35 minutes at 350\u00b0 in a 9 X 13 pan.
