Peanut Butter Kisses Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 (18 oz.) jar peanut butter
1 1/4 c. sugar
2 large eggs
48 chocolate kisses (9 oz. pkg. contains 53 pieces)

Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Have cookie sheets ready.
With wooden spoon, stir peanut butter, sugar and eggs together in bowl (dough will be slightly sticky).
With floured hands, roll mixture into balls (walnut size).
Place 1 1/2-inches apart on ungreased cookie sheets.
Bake 12 to 14 minutes, until cookies look dry and are cracked.
Remove from oven and press unwrapped kiss in the center of each cookie.
