Tandoori Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 tsp. cumin
1/2 tsp. coriander
3/4 c. plain nonfat yogurt
1 Tbsp. minced fresh ginger
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. fresh cilantro leaves (for garnish)
1 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. ground red pepper
2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
1 tsp. minced garlic
1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts
lemon wedges for garnish
Preparation

Combine cumin, paprika, coriander and pepper in small saucepan.
Cook, stirring, over low heat until fragrant, 1 to 2 minutes. (Be careful not to burn.)
Transfer to bowl.
Stir in yogurt, lemon juice, ginger, garlic and salt. Add chicken, tossing to coat.
Let stand 30 minutes or cover and refrigerate overnight.
