Grilled Onion - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large Vidalia onion
    1 beef bouillon cube
    1 tsp. oleo
Preparation
    Peel onion.
    Cut hole in center and place crushed beef bouillon cube in hole.
    Top with oleo.
    Wrap onion in foil and place on grill for 30 minutes.
    Do not place onion over hot coals, but more to the side and rotate onion while cooking to bake evenly.
    Serves 2.
