Chocolate Icing - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 box powdered sugar
3 Tbsp. cocoa
1 stick margarine, melted
milk (canned, add to texture)

Preparation

Combine powdered sugar and cocoa.
Add margarine and mix and then add milk to desired texture.
