Beef Appetizer Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. pkg. soft cream cheese
    1/4 c. sour cream
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    1 Tbsp. horseradish
    1/4 c. thinly sliced beef, pressed (Buddig or Aldi's brand)
Preparation
    Cut beef in small pieces, then mix all ingredients together, except beef.
    Roll into ball and roll into (over) beef to coat the outside.
    Serve with crackers.
    Refrigerate 15 minutes.
