Potato Leaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. cottage cheese
    8 oz. mushrooms, chopped
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    6 green onions, sliced (including tops)
    3 large egg whites
    1/3 c. plain dry bread crumbs
    1/2 tsp. dried marjoram
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    6 medium potatoes, peeled and shredded
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Grease a 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan; set aside.
    In a blender puree cottage cheese for 1 minute or until smooth.
