Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. oil
    3 eggs
    3 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 c. raw pared finely chopped zucchini
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Beat eggs until foamy.
    Beat in oil, sugar and vanilla.
    Add zucchini and mix.
    Fold in dry ingredients and nuts.
    Spoon into two greased and floured loaf pans, 9 x 5 x 3-inches.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes or until done.
