Salmon Croutons - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can pink salmon
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. buttermilk
    crackers
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Mix salmon, eggs and buttermilk together.
    Crumble in crackers, salt and pepper.
    Mix together well.
    Crumble crackers on plate.
    Roll into ball, then roll in cracker crumbs.
    Cook in deep fryer until brown.
