Orange Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2/3 c. sugar
4 egg yolks, beaten
2 Tbsp. grated orange rind
1/3 c. orange juice
1 c. whipping cream, whipped
Preparation

Combine the first 4 ingredients in saucepan; bring to a boil. Cook, stirring until thickened.
Remove from heat; let cool completely.
Fold in whipped cream.
Serve over pound cake. Yields 2 cups.
