Banana Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. all-purpose flour
1 c. sugar
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
3/4 tsp. salt
3/4 c. Post Grape Nuts
1 c. mashed, ripe bananas
1/2 c. milk
1 egg, well beaten
2 Tbsp. oil
Preparation

Mix flour with sugar, baking powder and salt.
Stir in cereal. Combine banana, milk, egg and oil.
Add mixture stirring just until flour is moistened.
Pour into greased 9 x 5-inch loaf pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until cake tester inserted into center comes out clean.
Cool in pan 10 minutes.
Remove from pan; cool on rack. Makes 1 loaf.
