Hungarian Goulash - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. bottom round or stew beef, cut in cubes
2 Tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. water
1 bay leaf
1 stalk celery
2 Tbsp. chopped onion
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 can tomato soup
1 clove
1 tsp. chopped parsley
Preparation
-
Brown beef.
Put in casserole and cover with sauce.
Cook in slow oven (300\u00b0) for 3 hours (or cook in crock-pot for 10 hours on low).
