Cajun Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. bulk pork sausage
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 large bell pepper, chopped
    3 stalks celery, chopped
    2 c. uncooked rice
    6 c. water
    2 envelopes instant soup mix (I use beefy mushroom and onion)
Preparation
    Brown sausage, stirring to crumble; drain.
    Stir in remaining ingredients.
    Place in large casserole or 2 medium size.
    Cover and bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Uncover for 15 to 20 extra minutes. Freezes well.
