Coagulated Porridge(Chao Huyet) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 c. pork broth
1/4 c. long grain rice
1/2 lb. cooked coagulated pork blood, cut in cubes
1/4 c. dried shrimp (small size)
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
1 tsp. m.s.g.
2 Tbsp. fish sauce
Preparation

Boil rice, shrimp and broth in a large saucepan on medium heat for about 2 hours, stirring occasionally.
Add coagulated blood in portages and cook for approximately 30 minutes on low heat.
Add remaining ingredients and cook for approximately 15 minutes on low heat.
Serve hot.
Makes 4 to 6 small bowl servings.
