Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
    dash of salt
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 stick margarine
    1 c. grated Velveeta cheese
    1 c. mayonnaise
    2 c. Ritz crackers, crushed
Preparation
    Cook vegetables as directed on package; drain.
    Add salt and pepper to taste.
    Add cheese, celery, mayonnaise and onions.
    Mix and put in casserole dish.
    Mix margarine and cracker crumbs; sprinkle over top.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven until crackers are brown.
