German Rouladen - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 (1/8 inch) slices roast beef
    salt and pepper
    mustard
    chopped boiled eggs
    chopped pickle (any kind)
    4 slices bacon (uncooked)
    2 gravy mixes
    2 Tbsp. flour
Preparation
    Spread mustard over roast beef.
    Top with the following: chopped boiled eggs, chopped pickle and a slice of bacon.
    Roll up and secure with toothpick.
    Saute in oil until nice and brown. Put oil and meat in pot and just cover with water.
    Cook one hour on top of stove at medium heat.
    Mix 2 gravy mixes and 2 tablespoons flour.
    Sprinkle over water.
    Cook until nice and thick.
