John'S Texas Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 lb. lean beef
    2 large onions, chopped
    2 cloves garlic, chopped
    2 or more jalapenos, chopped
    3 to 5 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 tsp. celery salt
    2 tsp. pepper
    1 (14 oz.) can chopped green chilies, undrained
    1 (28 oz.) can peeled tomatoes
    1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
    4 c. V-8 juice
Preparation
    Brown beef; drain off grease.
    Add onions, garlic, jalapenos, chili powder, celery salt and pepper.
    Cook this until onions are clear.
    Add green chilies, tomatoes, tomato sauce and V-8 juice. Cook mixture for 2 hours on simmer.
