Lemon-Tarragon Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    8 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
    2 c. fresh mushrooms, halved
    2 cloves garlic
    1/2 tsp. dried tarragon
    1/2 tsp. lemon pepper seasoning
    14 1/2 oz. chicken broth
    1/3 c. plain flour
    1/4 c. sour cream
    cooked spinach noodles
    quarter lemon slices (optional)
Preparation
    Melt butter on medium heat.
    Add chicken, mushrooms, garlic, sherry, tarragon and lemon pepper seasoning.
    Cook, uncovered, for 10 to 12 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink, turning once. Remove chicken and mushrooms.
