Potatoes Romanoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium potatoes
    1 c. sour cream
    4 sliced green onions
    1 1/4 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    paprika
Preparation
    Cook potatoes in jackets until tender.
    Peel and shred. Combine potatoes, sour cream, onions, 3/4 cup cheese, salt and pepper.
    Put in buttered 2-quart casserole.
    Top with remaining cheese and paprika.
    Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
    Serves 8.
    May be assembled early and refrigerated (add 10 minutes to baking time).
