Chinese Beef And Rice(2 Servings) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. rice
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    salt to taste
    1 1/2 c. boiling water
    1 bouillon cube
    2 tsp. soy sauce
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2 stalks celery, chopped
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 1/2 c. diced, cooked beef
Preparation
    Cook the rice and vegetable oil until rice is brown.
    Then add the water, bouillon cube and the soy sauce.
    Cook covered for 20 minutes.
    Then simmer the onion, celery, green pepper and beef; simmer for 10 minutes more.
    May need to add a little more water. All water should be absorbed at end of cooking time.
