Meatballs(Modern) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can mushroom soup
    1/2 c. water
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    1 Tbsp. onion, minced
    1 egg, beaten
    1 Tbsp. shortening
Preparation
    Measure out 1/4 cup soup combined with beef, bread crumbs, onion, parsley and egg.
    Shape into meatballs 1 1/2-inches in diameter.
    Brown in skillet with shortening; blend remaining soup with water.
    Cook over low heat for 10 minutes; stir occasionally.
