New Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. small new red potatoes, cooked and quartered
    1 whole, medium sweet onion
    1 c. mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
    1 1/2 tsp. dill weed (spice)
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Combine the mayonnaise, mustard, dill weed, salt and pepper. Mix potatoes and onion; add sauce gently to coat.
    Serve warm or cold.
    Makes 4 1/2 cups.
