Tater Tot Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. lean ground beef
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 bag frozen Tater Tots
Preparation
    Brown ground beef; salt and pepper to taste.
    Drain off excess fat.
    Add cream of chicken soup and 2/3 can of water.
    Combine with celery, onion and green pepper and place in baking dish or a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Top with bag of frozen Tater Tots.
    Bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Serve hot.
