Quick Cabbage Lasagne - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small head cabbage
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    onion
    green pepper
    1 1/2 c. cooked rice
    1 jar spaghetti sauce
    Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Take the core from the cabbage.
    Parboil the cabbage leaves. Brown the meat, onion and green pepper (amount according to preference).
    Add the cooked rice and sauce.
    Use a 9 x 12-inch baking dish.
    Begin with a small amount of sauce on the bottom of the dish, then make layers as follows:
    half of the meat and rice mixture, then the cabbage leaves (folded and laid across the meat layer), cheese on top of the sauce, then meat mixture, cabbage leaves, sauce and Mozzarella cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
