Chicken Fried Steaks - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1/2 c. buttermilk
    1/2 c. water
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    2/3 c. dry bread crumbs
    1 1/3 c. all-purpose flour
    6 (4 oz.) cubed steaks
    1/4 c. all-purpose flour
    2 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    vegetable oil
Preparation
    Combine 1 egg, buttermilk, water and Worcestershire sauce, mixing well. Set aside.
