Potato Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large potatoes, peeled, cubed and parboiled
    3 Tbsp. flour
    3 tsp. butter
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1 tsp. seasoned salt
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    3/4 c. diced green bell pepper
    1 jar pimentos
    dash of cayenne pepper
Preparation
    Melt butter.
    Stir in flour and add milk slowly.
    Add salt and cayenne.
    Cook until smooth and bubbly.
    Reduce heat and add cheese.
    Add bell pepper and pimento.
    Pour sauce over potatoes in casserole dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for one hour.
    Yields 6 servings.
