Fruit Smoothie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. fresh strawberries, sliced
20 oz. pineapple chunks (in juice), drained
1 medium banana, sliced
1 c. fat-free milk
8 oz. fat-free strawberry yogurt
1/4 c. honey
1 tsp. lime juice
Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve. Makes 6 servings.
