Y. P. S. Spaghetti Sauce(To Serve 100) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

20 lb. ground beef
2 lb. onions, chopped fine
16 cloves garlic, minced
4 gal. tomato juice
6 qt. tomato paste
4 tsp. thyme, basil and oregano
8 tsp. pepper
8 Tbsp. salt
8 Tbsp. sugar
4 c. parsley, chopped or 2 large jars
6 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation

Brown ground beef, onions and garlic.
Drain well. Add other ingredients and simmer.
