Pan Pierogies - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 sticks oleo
8 to 10 potatoes, mashed
2 onions, chopped
1 1/2 lb. American cheese
1 box lasagna noodles
Preparation

Melt oleo and saute onions.
Cook potatoes and mash like you would mash potatoes (but keep firm).
Add American cheese and stir until melted.
Stir well.
Put some oleo and onions in bottom cake pan.
Lay lasagna noodles on top of oleo, then add potato mixture. Put oleo and onions over potatoes and put lasagna noodle on top of potatoes and pour the rest of oleo and onions.
Cover with tinfoil. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until noodles are soft.
