Gingersnaps - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1 c. molasses
1 c. margarine
1 egg
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. ginger
2 tsp. soda
1 Tbsp. cider vinegar
1 tsp. vanilla
flour to make stiff dough
Preparation

Combine first 7 ingredients.
Mix well.
Add vinegar, vanilla and enough flour to make a stiff dough.
Roll very thin.
Cut with cookie cutter.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes.
Makes about 48.
