Bread Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. cream of coconut
    1 can evaporated milk
    1/2 c. milk
    1 stick butter
    2 c. coconut
    1 c. chopped pecans
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    6 c. bread crumbs
Preparation
    Beat eggs slightly.
    Add sugar, cream of coconut, both milks, vanilla and butter.
    Mix well.
    Add bread crumbs and coat well. Add coconut and pecans; mix well.
    Pour in well-greased 9 x 14 x 2-inch pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
