Black Bottom Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    2 eggs
    2/3 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    3 c. flour
    1/2 c. cocoa
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    2/3 c. oil
    2 tsp. baking soda
    2 c. water
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Beat the first 4 ingredients; stir in 1 cup chocolate chips and set aside.
    Beat remaining ingredients in another bowl.
    Pour into an ungreased 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Top with cream cheese mixture. Sprinkle lightly with granulated sugar and chopped nuts.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes.
