Potato Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. potatoes
    1 egg, beaten
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 tsp. soy sauce
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1 lb. lean ground beef
Preparation
    Peel and grate potatoes; rinse and drain. In a large mixing bowl, combine potatoes, egg, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, salt, pepper and garlic powder. Add ground beef and mix well. Pat meat mixture into an 8 1/2 x 4 x 2-inch loaf pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until no pink remains; drain. Yields 4 to 6 servings.
