Ricotta Egg Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1 stick butter or margarine
    1 egg
    1 tsp. vanilla or anise flavoring
    1/8 tsp. nutmeg
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 lb. Ricotta cheese
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar.
    Add eggs, Ricotta cheese and flavoring; mix well.
    Add dry ingredients, gradually.
    Drop by teaspoon on cookie sheet.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 12 to 14 minutes. Makes about 2 dozen cookies.
