Peanut Brittle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    2/3 c. light Karo syrup
    1/3 c. water
    2 c. raw peanuts
    2 tsp. butter
    1 1/3 tsp. soda
    2/3 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix first 3 ingredients and cook until thready. Add peanuts and cook until golden brown.
    Remove from heat and add butter, soda and salt; stir fast and pour onto buttered foil.
    Set.
    Break into bite size pieces.
