Zucchini Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1/4 c. butter
4 c. chicken broth
3 lb. zucchini, sliced
1 c. half and half or evaporated milk
Preparation

Saute onion and garlic in butter until tender, but not brown. Add chicken broth and zucchini.
Simmer until tender.
Blend (in blender) small batches of zucchini and broth until smooth.
Add half and half or milk as you blend.
Season to taste.
Serve hot or cold.
