Squash Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cans (4 c.) squash
salt and pepper to taste
1 can cream of chicken soup
8 oz. sour cream
2 medium carrots, grated
1 onion, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 small can pimento
3/4 pkg. Pepperidge Farm poultry stuffing
1 stick margarine, melted
Preparation

Mix all ingredients.
Pour into casserole dish.
Sprinkle remaining 1/4 package poultry stuffing on top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes.
