Cream Of Broccoli And Cheese Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. chopped celery
    1/4 c. finely chopped onion
    10 oz. chopped broccoli
    1 c. cottage cheese
    1 c. milk
    1 c. half and half
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. white pepper
Preparation
    Place celery, onion and broccoli in a saucepan with water; cover and cook until vegetables are tender.
    Set aside.
    Blend cottage cheese in blender or food processor until very smooth. Slowly add milk while continuing to blend; add chicken soup to cooked undrained vegetables.
    Heat through without boiling.
    Add salt and pepper.
