Microwave Peanut Brittle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. Karo syrup
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. raw peanuts
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. margarine
    1 tsp. soda
Preparation
    Have all
    ingredients
    at room temperature and measured in advance.
    Butter
    an
    11 x 16-inch piece of foil.
    Spray a quart size
    microwave dish with Pam (I use Vision Ware with a handle). Cook sugar and syrup on High for 4 minutes.
    Stir in margarine, vanilla
    and
    peanuts
    with a wooden spoon sprayed with
    Pam. Cook
    4
    more
    minutes;
    stir in soda with sprayed spoon.
    Pour immediately
    onto
    foil
    and spread quickly with sprayed spatula. Cool completely and break up.
    This is easy, but you must have everything ready and work fast.
