Ground Beef And Noodle Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. butter
    1/2 lb. sliced mushrooms
    1/2 c. finely chopped onions
    1 clove garlic, minced
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. wide noodles
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. fresh or canned tomato sauce
    1 1/2 c. beef broth
    1 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Melt butter in skillet; add mushrooms, onions and garlic. Cook until mushrooms and their liquid cooks away.
    Add meat, breaking lumps with spoon.
    When meat is brown, add tomato sauce, broth and seasoning and sprinkle flour over surface.
    Mix well. Allow to simmer 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    Remove skillet from heat; add sour cream.
    Cook noodles until almost, but not quite, done.
