Chicken Tetrazzini - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. chicken breast, cooked and in pieces
3 Tbsp. butter
2 or 3 stalks celery
1/2 lb. sharp cheese, grated
1 c. pecans
olives (small bottle, about 1 c.)
1 pt. chicken stock
1 can cream of mushroom soup
3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation

In large skillet, cook chopped celery and chopped onion until tender and they appear transparent.
Add chicken broth and cream of mushroom soup.
Add grated cheese, sliced olives, broken pecans and Worcestershire sauce.
Add cut up chicken and simmer about 15 minutes.
Serve on chow mein noodles or rice.
