Apple Scallop - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans (1 lb. 4 oz. each) pie sliced apples
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1 c. golden raisins (optional)
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1 c. flour
    1/c. butter
Preparation
    Combine apples, cinnamon, nutmeg and lemon juice in large bowl.
    Toss lightly to mix. Mix flour and brown sugar in a medium size bowl with pastry cutter until crumbly.
    Spoon half of apple mixture into an 8 cup baking dish.
    Sprinkle with half each of the raisins and crumb mixture.
    Repeat layers.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes until brown.
