Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    1 1/2 c. salad oil
    2 c. flour
    2 Tbsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. allspice
    2 c. carrots, grated
    1/2 c. raisins
    1 1/2 c. nuts (of choice)
Preparation
    Beat together until fluffy the sugar and eggs. Add oil.
    Sift together dry ingredients and add to egg mixture. Add carrots, raisins and nuts.
    Pour into greased and floured pans.
    Bake 2 round pans at 375\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes or tube pan at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Frost with Cream Cheese Icing.
