Ground Beef Pot Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    2/3 c. evaporated skim milk
    1/3 c. dry bread crumbs
    1/4 c. ketchup
    2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Mix ingredients and form into a loaf.
    Place in center of 10 x 13-inch pan.
    Slice the following 1/4-inch thick: 3 potatoes, 3 carrots and onions.
    Place around meat.
    Mix and sprinkle over meat: 2 teaspoons parsley, 1 teaspoon salt and pepper.
    Cover tightly with foil.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
    Uncover and bake 10 minutes more.
