Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 medium onion, grated
    2 oz. pepperoni, grated
    1 small garlic
    1/2 c. Ritz crackers, grated
    3 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
    1/4 tsp. oregano
    dash of pepper
    1/3 c. chicken broth
    large mushrooms (for stuffing)
Preparation
    Wash and remove stems from mushrooms. Grate the stems in a food processor. Save the caps.
    Melt butter in a skillet. Add onion, pepperoni, garlic and stems. Cook until tender.
    Add cracker crumbs, cheese and seasonings. Spoon into mushroom caps. Fill a glass baking dish with caps.
    Add 1/4-inch water on the bottom of the pan.
    Bake 25 minutes at 325\u00b0.
