Savory Chicken Roll-Ups - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 lb. boned chicken
    1 piece of celery
    1 small onion
    1 small carrot
Preparation
    Cook chicken in boiling water until done; I add celery, onion and carrot for seasoning.
    Debone chicken and cut into small pieces or grind in food processor until coarse.
    Let broth stand until congealed in refrigerator.
    Scoop off fat.
